Tommy Lannen

Account Executive

Tommy is a recruiter with the Mission Advantage team and is motivated to help non-profits reach new heights by pairing them with A-level talent who also hold a passion for the mission the organization serves. Tommy’s career began in youth ministry, where he spent 4 years mentoring high school students and fostering an environment where their faith could come alive. He then transitioned into recruiting and for 3 years conducted professional and executive searches in Houston, TX.

Tommy graduated from Franciscan University of Steubenville with Bachelors degrees in Theology and Catechetics. He currently lives in Houston with his wife and two children. He enjoys family time, Tex Mex, and a sunny day on the pickleball court.
